We recommend paying through CSAware member dashboard. We do not store any of your personal or financial information on our website. Our order site is run through CSAware and your information is stored securely using Authorize.net.
You may choose to pay by check, cash or Redwood Credit Union direct transfer (for RCU members only). You may mail, leave payment at the Farm, or one of our Farmers’ Market Booths. Please do NOT leave payment at any other pick-up site. If you do an RCU transfer please make sure to email us when you do the transfer to ensure it gets credited to your account.

Vacation and Suspension Holds
You may put your account on hold by logging into your CSAware account and making changes before your order deadline. Your account will not be charged while your delivery is on hold.
Missing Your Pick-up
If something last minute comes up and it is not possible to suspend your share in time, depending on your pick-up site you may be able to pick-up on Thursday. Check your pick-up site details in CSAware. Boxes will be removed Thursday evening if not picked up and you will be charged for the box.
Changing Your Pick-up Location
If you would like to change your pick-up location, please log in to your CSAware account before your order deadline, or or ask us to do it for you via email. This can be done for ongoing or just one week.
Singing Frogs Farm communicates with you via email on a regular basis to inform you of a payment, let you know what’s in this week’s box, and let you know . Sometimes we will need to send out alerts about your order or inform you about happenings on our farm. By becoming a member of our CSA, you are agreeing to open and read all email communications as soon as you see them since much of the information is time sensitive.
Cancellations and Refunds
You may cancel your subscription at the end of your billing quarter. If you have truly extenuating circumstances with personal health or a move out of our service area we will certainly offer you a refund.
We do not sell, rent or give out our email list, customer list or any personal or financial information to anyone. EVER!
